Most of the varieties of fresh water fish are fit for human consumption and can be eaten for a minimum of two times in order to have a healthy diet for men.

Whole Grains and Fibers

Eating whole grains is popularly practiced by many fitness enthusiasts as they provide nutrients such as fats, vitamins and minerals in desired quantity. For example, barley and oatmeal are considered to be the best whole grains as they contain plenty of potassium and magnesium. The best thing about eating whole grains is that they give a feeling of fullness and helps a person to avoid overeating which in turn helps to prevent
obesity in humans.
